These Terms of Service govern your use of the StarBeads linked website and the purchase of our products. By using our website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on our website.
Products
We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, slight differences in colour, finish, or appearance may occur due to lighting, photography, or device screen settings.
As our products may be assembled or finished by hand, minor variations are normal and do not constitute defects.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in Trinidad and Tobago Dollars (TTD) unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change prices, promotions, or product availability without prior notice.
Orders will only be processed after payment has been received, unless Cash on Delivery (COD) has been selected and is available.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Customers choosing Cash on Delivery must be available to receive their order at the agreed delivery time.
If a delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable, unreachable, or refuses the order, StarBeads linked reserves the right to:
- Cancel the order;
- Charge an additional delivery fee for any approved redelivery; and/or
- Restrict or remove Cash on Delivery as a payment option for future purchases.
Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and may vary due to courier delays, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Once an order has been handed to the courier, StarBeads linked is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider.
Returns & Refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted that policy.
Product Care
Our bracelets are designed for everyday wear but should be handled with care.
To help preserve their appearance:
- Avoid prolonged exposure to water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals.
- Store your jewelry in a dry place when not in use.
Normal wear, scratches and fading over time are not considered manufacturing defects.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including photographs, logos, branding, graphics, product descriptions, and designs, is the property of StarBeads linked and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StarBeads linked shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
